Shipping

Shipment expenses charged to iBrico customers are the official fares available from the National Spanish Mail Service (Correos and Telégrafos). Shipment expenses through a private carrier are those recommended to iBrico by the private carrier, Nacex, at no additional cost.

Depending on the area of Spain or country of destination, purchases will be mailed through the National Spanish Mail Service (Correos and Telégrafos), or through Nacex. We consider this the best way to guarantee the lowest price of delivery to our customers.

Terms of delivery

The usual term of delivery through Correos and Telégrafos is approximately 48-72 hours for domestic shipments and 10 working days for international shipments. If the shipment is made by a private carrier, the shipment should arrive within 24 hours. Depending on the time of purchase, the shipment will be processed and sent on the same day or the next day at the very first hour.

If customers order more than one item, iBricoShop will mail all items in a single shipment, provided all items are available, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Refunds and warranties

If a shipment does not arrive in perfect condition due to a mistake by IBricoShop, the customer will have the right to ask for either a new shipment at no additional cost, or to be reimbursed for the total sum of the purchase, including mail expenses, once the product has returned to our warehouse and after iBricoShop has verified the incidence.

If the item is damaged while being shipped, the customer must notify this event to iBricoShop within 24 hours of reception. iBricoShop will start a claim against the mail agency, in order to substitute the damaged goods without any additional cost to the customer.

Assembling faults or accessories malfunctions will be covered by the manufacturer. Nevertheless, iBricoShop will accelerate the claim procedure and, if possible, iBricoShop will substitute the damaged items, even if the manufacturer has not responded to the claim.

By their nature, and as iBricoShop can not control their proper use during the client installation, spare parts are exempted from any kind of warranty.

Shipment expenses to our warehouse due to warranty claims will be charged to the customer.
