All the purchases accepted by ibricoshop are submitted to these general terms of purchase.
No agent of ibricoshop can change these terms.
Prices
Fares included in our web, include the V.A..T (Value Added Tax). What you pay is what you see.
Ibricoshop has the right to change the price of these items without previous warning according to market conditions. Fares Published in our web are not an offer, so there is no obligation to supply items at that fare in any case.
How can I pay?
All receipts are payable in the date showed on them. Payment must be done by the mean indicated in the time of purchase and in Euros.
You can choose three different ways
With Credit card, Visa OR Mastercard.
Trough paypal, you will need an active account in Paypal.
Trough entrance in current account or bank transfer(Only Spain).
Availability of Products
IbricoShop will use its best resources to fit the agreed dates of delivery. All products in our brochure are in stock, In case there is a lack of a certain product, this will be clearly specified, and also the date of arrival of new items in our warehouse.
Design modification, specifications or contents
Although ibricoshop tries to guarantee that the supplied item is exactly the same as the one offered in our brochures, certain variations can occur due to the continuos changes suppliers do with their products. This changes won,t let the buyer resign the contract.
Claims
No Claims or liability for damages( including those in shipping) or product malfunction will be admited, if the buyer does not notify through e-mail 24 hours after the date of reception.
No claims or liability of products that differs quality or specifications given by the customer will be admitted if the customer dosent notify through e-mail, seven days after the reception of those items.
If the manufacturer offers a direct guarantee the buyer accepts the obligation to address to them in any Claim.
